Introducing flowerplus+

Although flowerplus+ is a points based scheme, it is very different to the other reward cards you may have in your purse or wallet.

Customers are automatically enrolled from their first purchase and instead of a card, your points are saved in a ‘virtual piggy bank”.

 

Earning flowerplus+ points

For each £1.00 spent, customers are rewarded with 1 flowersplus+ point.

These points are kept in your ‘virtual piggy bank’ for you to save until your reach your first reward tier (100 points), when you can then redeem your points for vouchers.

 

Keeping your points updated

We will send you an email every month with a note of your current points balance, and an invitation to redeem your points for a voucher.

You’ll also get to hear about any offers that may be available, some of which will be exclusive to flowersplus+ customers.

 

Redeeming flowersplus+ points

flowersplus+ points can be redeemed for vouchers, which can be used online via our web site.

Use can use the online form on this page to redeem your vouchers, enter your name and email address, then select the value of your voucher and click the request voucher button. We’ll verify your points balance and issue you with a voucher code within 48 hours.

 

Save your points and earn a handsome bonus

You may want to save your points for a special present, for Christmas for example or a Valentine’s Day gift.So if you choose not to redeem your points and they continue to grow, we’ll pay you a flowerplus+ bonus, just like earning interest in the bank.

You can earn upto 20% more by saving your points and redeeming for higher value vouchers.

As we (hopefully) say farewell to the Winter Blues, we look forward to the Spring, and the flowers that it brings.

Unlike some flowers delivery companies that launch their Spring Collections in the middle of winter (we’re not sure why as Spring flowers cost so much more then) we are making ours available from today.

Our Spring Collection is crammed full of Spring blooms, and we have a variety of gifts for you to choose from.

You could also add an little extra gift, such as a scrummy box of chocolates or a bottle of wine or Champagne, we have a range of other gifts that you can add.
